AIChatNotes helps you copy, export, and save ChatGPT content that you choose. You are responsible for the content you capture, where you export it, and how you use it.

1. Acceptance

By installing, accessing, purchasing, or using AIChatNotes, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website, extension, license service, or Pro features.

2. What AIChatNotes does

AIChatNotes is a browser extension for user-directed ChatGPT capture workflows. Depending on the feature and your plan, you can copy selected text, export selected text or messages as Markdown, save selected text or messages to Notion, and use a message navigator for supported ChatGPT conversations.

AIChatNotes currently supports ChatGPT pages. Support for other AI products may be added later, but is not guaranteed.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the conversations, selected text, files, notes, and metadata that you copy, export, or send through AIChatNotes. You must have the rights and permissions needed to capture, store, share, or reuse that content.

You agree not to use AIChatNotes to violate law, infringe rights, bypass access controls, abuse third-party services, or store content in destinations where you do not have permission.

4. Third-party services

AIChatNotes works with third-party services including ChatGPT, Notion, Creem, browser extension stores, and website analytics providers. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

AIChatNotes is not responsible for third-party service availability, policy changes, API limits, checkout issues, Notion workspace behavior, or changes to ChatGPT page structure.

5. Pro features, checkout, and license keys

Some features may require AIChatNotes Pro. Purchases are handled through Creem, and you may receive a license key that must be activated or verified in the extension.

You may not share, resell, publish, or abuse license keys. We may suspend or revoke a license if we reasonably believe it is fraudulent, refunded, chargeback-related, shared beyond permitted use, or used to abuse the service.

6. Payments, renewals, and refunds

Prices, billing periods, taxes, renewal behavior, and refund handling may be shown during checkout or managed by Creem. If a refund, cancellation, or chargeback changes your purchase status, Pro access may be disabled.

7. Availability and changes

AIChatNotes may change over time. We may add, modify, limit, or remove features, supported websites, pricing, license checks, or export behavior. We aim to keep core capture workflows reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. No professional advice

AIChatNotes is a productivity tool. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, compliance, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing exported or saved content before relying on it.

9. Intellectual property

AIChatNotes, including the website, extension, branding, interface, and related software, is owned by AIChatNotes or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of AIChatNotes to you.

You retain rights to content you create or have permission to use. AIChatNotes does not claim ownership of your captured ChatGPT content, Markdown exports, or Notion pages.

10. Disclaimer

AIChatNotes is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free output.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIChatNotes will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or third-party service failures.

12. Termination

You may stop using AIChatNotes at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to Pro features or related services if you violate these terms, misuse the product, create security risk, or fail license verification.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as AIChatNotes changes. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
